To Prove this Line on the home page correct ive made this thread:thumbsup:

Its the 0-60mph Thread:thumbsup:

With Santa Pod coming up there is a chance you can do this in a safer environment, if you arnt going go find somewhere safe.

Once you have recorded the results of your 0-60 run come back here and post your time and the way you recorded it and a video if you like.

Now lets see whos got the quickest 2 to 60

Dont forget to say what car you do it in aswell

I got 5.5sec 0-60 in my old rev2 turbo. (used a stop watch)

Problem with using stop watch and speedo is that the inaccuracy of the speedo and the stopwatch operator's reaction times will alter the result. It is my view that these discrepancies will not be insignificant.

Anyone got one of those wee gizmo's that measures all this in-car?

Thats why i said say what way you timed your self. Because then we know how acurate it will be.

Some Satnavs can time 0-60s and you can pick up G meters on fleabay :)

I've got a laptop datalogger that plugs into your OB2 diagnostics port.... very nifty for 0-60 :)
