Hi All... I've stumbled across a little problem....

I lost my Mk 1 Keys about 4 months ago... and believe it or not avn't still found them!! I managed to find a company called www.duplicut.co.uk that can come out and cut me a new key.

However this is £90! They said if I can get in and take the lock out - they will do it for £20.

Now is there any1 out there that knows how I could possibly get into the car without any lock damage? and ideally not breaking a window? U could always pm me if pos.. Thanx for any help out there....

Atif. PLEEEEEEEEZ HELP.

Went to Toyota today to get the duplicut made... The guy said £14 all inc, I thought bargain - sorted....

NOT - They rang me back and said that the key is not registered anywhere. They said they could poss do it from the number on the barrel (which is INSIDE the car... Doh!)

Back to square 1... Any other suggestions? Any1?

Coathanger down the window might do it if your lucky enough to hook the lock mech or even pop the rear window out as they are not bonded in and come out very easy.

i personaly would go in between the glass and rubber seal on the b-pillar..with a coat hanger the inside door handle and lock lever are actually pretty easy to grab..
