Well as some of you know I have bought KYT from Nik. Cheers Nik:thumbsup:

I collected her on sat morning and she flew through an MOT after a little battery charge running. Having over the past couple of weeks got used to a Mk1 (the blue one) after my Mk2 (the one i was in at JAE) i was rather looking forward to driving KYT, one of the fastest of the Mk1.5's.

Well, err, f**k me is the phrase that left my lips when I boosted her for the first time. What a difference (obviously) to a standard car. The brakes suspension and handling fit perfectly with the power supplied by the 3S GTE, why was this never an option from new it's perfect!! (sorry Jiff never driven yours)

I've come over to Wales on a visit and I even found she used less petrol than the blue one took to bring home!!!

Roll on Santa Pod!!!

deja-vu lol i heard that phrase somewhere before. i found they are great on long runs, its the short town trips and traffic that eat the juice. its a car ive driven for a few 6 hour trips and is really such a driving pleasure you feel you could do it all again

I would love to have a Mk1.5 or a Mk1.6 ... but I'd not give Owen the satisfaction :P

Mine was great on petrol on the way to JAE, sitting at 70mph!
Not so good on the way home keeping up with the supra owners club :)

He decided the car needed using; unfortunately he just can't be the man to do it.

Having been a passenger in the thing, I can confirm that its in good hands; There's already many plans being formulated for it!

Oh, and that boost cut at 130mph is a bit violent isn't it? lol
