Can anyone clarify if these are front and back modifications or just the front modification.
I'm having trouble locating the st165 calipers, and the company is very helpful but has asked for clarifiaction.

Anyone done this yet and what's what.

Cheers

Derek

Tis mainly for the front brakes:

ST165, ST185 and ST205 are all Celica calipers. Have a look at www.brakesinternational.com

The usual mods are:

Keeping the standard discs? ST165 calipers are mild upgrade.
Got 15" wheels? ST185's give you a bigger disc to play with
Got 17" wheels? ST205's give all the braking you'll ever need.

ST205's can be made to work with 16" wheels, but its all dependant upon the wheels themselves.

Dont forget if you have a mk1a you need mk1b front discs if you use ST165 calipers.

you will need carriers as well with all set ups

Celica GT4 ST165 twin pot caliper on my Mk1 track car, with EBC Redstuff pads ( 'modified' Subaru Legacy ones as EBC don't make ones for the GT4 ). These fit inside the std 14" wheels without a problem
