Poly bushes!

Fucks sake, my superflex bushes have arrived from fensport and now i have to fit them! :(

Got oxy-acetylene (recommended by PW!) and hopefully my mate will let me use his garage/workshop.
How do i go about it best and anyone got any tips? Hoping to have it done for JAE!

guys, I did this before I dropped the car at woodsport, you need a blowtorch, from b&q or wherever, easiest way is to burn out the old ones....Its actually good fun.

I like to powder coat the parts I'm keeping to prevent further rust and shit build up, but thats your call. If any of you want a hand gimme a shout, I'll be doing the fronts this weekend too hopefully!
