could any of you tell me what this plug is/goes to?

comes out from under the inlet manifold. and has a red and a brown wire to the plug.
Also the motor seems a bit lumpy and the plugs are sooty as hell.
The engine light comes on after 30 secs of running, any clues?

It might be actually. If that`s the case then it`s been lenghten a lot as they are just the lenght. I hope it`s just the knock:)

no all the injector are wired in, is the wrong sort of plug for that.
If its the knock sensor where does that go to?

It should sit a bit right, high of center underneath the intake manifold. Is there no klug screwed in there?

ok thanks, next daft question what do i do with it?
Or should I just rewrap it round the inlet manifold support where i found it

Can`t you just connect it??? Look for the knock plug and the one underneath the throttle body or something.. should fit somewhere around there:)

hehe... i had a struggle with them too. I`m now in the big mystery on the gearbox bolts. What goes where etc.. can`t find bolts that fit anywhere but those two on top... i`ll figure it out though:)

thats the prob mate everything is connected but still have this plug and two, two pin female plugs on the top of the engine that have nothing to connect to????????:confused: :confused: :confused:

Mabu the connector onto the gearbox. Ot top there`s a plug, not really sure what it is though:)

plug on top of gearbox is for reverse light switch.. got that connected gus?

i had a few plugs left over on my rev 1 swap.. they dont all connect
