I have just got in from driving that bad boy up from southampton. All i can say is WHAT A CAR!!!!!

It was a real mission to get though. It was decided during my night shift last night that today would be the day. I got up yesterday at about 1800 after getting a few hours sleep during the day, worked 2200-0700. Got to leeds/bradford airport for 0800 only to have my flight delayed untill 1010 - i felt pretty rough at about 0930. I arrived in southampton about 1100 and got the train to the town centre. Then i walked all the way to the ferry port to meet the owner. I left there at about 1300 and drove all the way back (with a stop in Guildford). I am now getting ready to go on a work night out. Good job i've got a couple of weeks off now to recover lol.

This is my first time in an auto and tbh i was getting worried about how rubbish and slow the car felt. That was untill i attempted to pull away from some lights by planting my foot down!- FECK ME!!!! This thing really shifts. Kick down is ace isnt it lol

Its so good i must admit i have been tempted to leave the poor thing alone and sell the two...................................

Only fin thing about autos are kick down. You really can`t do much other than wait for a straight, then pedal = floor. I do hate autos but sure is a comfy drive.

Congrats on a job well done. Doing some serious sleep sacrifices to the spirit of brutality there, have a nice night at work mate:)

And one more thing. I do pretend i didn`t read the last sentence. *preparing rope for hanging* :careful: :slap:

Well if I had bought one of these 12 months ago I would have probably lived with my 272mile a day commute as very relaxing to drive!Love mine now!

If i was keeping the Camry for a bit longer i'd be tempted to do all the work in situ and see what it's like.
