Exporting a car to the EU?

Has anyone done this or know how to do it?
Some nutter in Germany has bought my GT4 on ebay is is planning to drive it home! What forms do i have to fill in to make sure i'm not liable for him topping 175MPH on the autobahn and me copping a ticket!

U'll be fine if it's the Autobahn. All you need to do is fill in the export slip and send it to the DVLA.

I forgot, and got hit with a fine for not re-sorning it.
