Engine management light comes on when engine is revved

As per the title i get the light on when the i rev the car, goes out again then. Stays of when idling and at low revs.:shrug: I'm thinking i have a dodgy connection on the four pin connector on the distributor, would this cause this to happen?????:hmm:

did ya find the fualt then fella ?

No mate not yet, but have not been looking at that cause my water pump gasket went, will have to fix that after new year then get the little nigles sorted, plus point though is that all the brake components have been serviced and painted.
