I gave up on the states; half the places refused to ship internationally then when I found a US address to ship to, none of the buggers replied!

Going to try with a turbo flywheel - heck someone has to!

Found a recon one for $98 , is this a good price ? Of course then it's shipping to someone in the states a little bit for their trouble then shipping to uk :welsh:

im now of the opinion by the time you pay for the shipping, the import duty and the tax that its probably better to order a fidanza ally fly like JB did, then you have a nice upgrade at the same time...ok its about ?250 but worth it i reckon.

mine was $15 and shipped came to about ?65 in total. the good thing about jb flywheel is that it needs no machining

yeah mine was ?100 by the time it was shipped al,but we got 3vze flys that need machine work and starter spacers, not really ideal is it,1mz flys are the way to go but seems 1mz flys are more expensive for some reason?

Yep I decided to bite the bullet on flywheel for reasons Paul mentioned but it cost me ?235 including shipping, tax etc etc etc !!
It fits direct and spacing for clutch, starter is same as 3VZFE so no worries there. Should be interesting to drive too I reckon the engine braking will be phenominal!!

i think peebs is considering ordering one from the states, might be worth having a chat with him aswell.
i can machine a fly to suit e153 if you run out of options.. heres a clicky linky to an old thread .. http://www.twobrutal.co.uk/showthread.php?t=1402

lodge what type of wheel did you use that needed this machining?

Yeah was thinking along the same lines, just go for a fidanza after all suppose you can't complain too much that it's a hard swap well not for us Mk2 boys :hidesbehi
