Anyone got any info about mapping. I've got the wideband O2 sensor setup now, and can twiddle with my fueling.

What sortof lambda values should I be aiming for? I heard maximum power is around 12.5 or something but i'm not really clued up on mapping at all.

Any advice, links or info welcome

Cheers

Simon

Quick update.... on the present 'map'

At the moment its running 14.7 AFR on idle town driving heading towards 12 when booting it, and around 10 just below redline (seems a bit rich to me?)

14.7:1 at idle and 11.5:1 under boost, as standard under boost goes really rich 10:1 which decreases power somewhat, really need safc or ecu upgrade to map it

if you look here

http://www.mrcontrols.com/primers/power.htm

theres loads of info

I'm running an n/a at the moment (no supercharger as yet :( ), and i'm using an SAFC-II to map the fueling.

Cheers for the link

would of thought if na best to run around 13:1 for maximum power but need rolling road really
