ok just fitted new Alternator as old one was overcharging. I'm getting a high pitch whine from it, I've rightend the belt and slackened it which makes no difference. can't really hear it inside but if I put radio on it's lihe a supercharger unless i turn the volume up to drown it out.
Any ideas?
