Originally posted this on mr2.com but now since your guys are UK based i'd like to ask you a question...

So since I got the engine out it's the best to replace the timing belt, tensioner, water pump... I just need some input on which of the following parts I should order. Im asking because because I just want some quality parts. Now I could easily order of matrix garage or twosrus but since im from Slovenia, Europe the shipping is too much and I don't want to buy oem original because a mere tensioner is around 100€ and a waterpump is around there + the overseas shipping it will all really add up fast...

I've been looking at the following.

1. http://www.ebay.de/itm/Toyota-Geo-Ch...item3362a80c08

2. or buying it seperate like http://www.ebay.de/itm/191258335263 http://www.ebay.de/itm/281775562101 + belt

3. http://www.ebay.de/itm/TIMING-BELT-W...item2ed589d05f

which one should I get?

I can order of UK ebay too I was just searching the german one since its closer.

Just before you buy from eBay, may be worth checking here:

https://www.amayama.com

Don't be put off by the site - Yes, it's looks absolutely shite, but they're genuine parts and they're pretty damn cheap!

If you are going to buy from eBay, try to avoid the chinese stuff - Look for brand names you've actually heard of. Usually buying cheap can lead to buying twice.

I can recommend amayama.com as well, used them a couple of times for some reasonably large orders without any problem.

I also noticed amayama holds non oem parts like a GMB tensioner and water pump so they should be good? I might buy a koyo tensioner it's only 14.64USD (GMB even cheaper) and I doubt a tensioner bearings will fail from a company based on bearings? Looks almost too cheap to be true.
Or i could just grab a gates kit and gmb belt + tensioner kit on ebav it will be fine and then just find a nice waterpump

But will probably end up with the blueprint ones..

Opinions on these BLUEPRINT parts?

I've just fitted a koyo clutch bearing a well engineered bit of kit much better than the Mickey Mouse plastic clutch bearing that was in the clutch kit

Can I reuse my headbolts? It's a 87' 7 rib 4age... Would save me soo much hassle vs buying new.

btw I did some sniffing around on amayama as you guys suggested currently waiting on how much their shipping costs... I need a piston headgasket and rings and it was $242.16@lithiatoyotaparts.com not bad but then $102.65 4 the shipping totaling at $344.81 which blows my budget cuz i gotta buy alot of other items...
Also piston was 10 dollars cheaper on amayama right off the bat.3
I gotta get a email back from amayama and then they will tell me shipping price correct?
