Not much progress today... except that I went to Great Yarmouth andhave just got back.. what did I do there you ask? sunbathing... not likely!, fish and chips? I wish! ... nope....

Full Eurosport bodykit.... 4 arch extensions (about 3/4" wider) and covers, new front valance (looks kickass), rear lower valance, side skirts, door pods and a new boot spoiler.

I know it doesn't really look like much right now but seeing it 'in the flesh' as it were, with the kit taped on and the new wheels it looks VERY aggressive... completely changes the look of the car from "nice lookin mk1 there mate" ... too "whoa! holy fook! whats that!" :D

Never been a 'boy racer' before and stuck a bodykit on any of the cars I've owned... time to make up for it now!

The fit is actually very good, even just taped onto the car... theres prep work of course, but it actually doesn't look half as bad as the bubble arches looked when we first tried to tape them to the escort! (they wouldn't!!!)

There doesn't seem to be a lot of info on AW11 aero kits on the net, old car though I suppose.

There doesn't appear to be many that are actually still made. I know there are a couple of US ones that look good (eg. Erebuni; Toni G from IMOC has one on her Supercharger) and there is one from Germany and this one make up the best 3 imo. None of them are very common; I've only seen a couple of cars with each of the kits on.

superb mate! whats the quality like? looks like the gell coating has improved! mine was yellow? that looks a lot better quality than the skirts i got.

The AW11 doesn't even appear in Taka Kaira's toyota car list anymore, it's in "Old Vehicles" or something like that! They only have 1 horrendous kit for it IIRC.

handsome kit!.. cant wait to see it painted ..wheres that dribbling smiley. so how hard is it to fit a kit?.. would you be abled to tell me in a nusthell.. i have little knowledge of bodywork.. do you have to cut the old rear arches out?
