The stronger of the two is the 01e correct (compared to the 01x)? Does this include 5 speed 01e? I'm trying to decided on my best option for transmission, using a 4.2L v8 from the s6; I want it to last (including if i do a mild boost), would prefer six speed but if its just a luxury 5 speed is just as good. I'm in Canada so access to the 01x is difficult, what are the suggestions for easy to find, strong transmissions for my audi v8? Also what year/model car do they come in? Thanks guys!
