Hi all.
Original for sale thread - http://www.imoc.co.uk/forums/viewtopic.php?t=150028
Here are a couple of pictures of my latest acquisition :)
It's a rev 3 that the previous owner, JO5MA5, has put a 3VZ out of a Camry in.
Future plans, in no particular order, include;
Restore the tail lights and toblerones to their original condition
Repair the (suspected) exhaust rattle/knocking
Clean and tidy the engine bay
Redo the dash
Rewire the cooling fans (on constant, need a switch put in)
Redo all wheels, they are matte and have been done to a low standard
Redo all callipers, now looking tired, and I don't want them red
Right hand rear arch requires repair
Sills both need replaced due to rust :(
The go is wonderful, the fuel economy is laughable, it's brilliant! Getting around 250 miles to a tank, so I need to do some sums and see what could be up with excessively heavy fuel consumption.
Also, I think the revs are reading as a 4 cylinder as they seem to be circa 1k out in the dash. Is there a standard fix?
Thanks all, Stuart.
