PCV hose routing

What is the proper routing for the hoses on the valve covers? I think I'm getting a massive amount of blowby as I keep getting lots of blue smoke when under heavy throttle (after a fresh rebuild). Also do any of you UK guys have a link to the 3vz bgb?

How extensive was the rebuild and how many miles done since then? Is it all OEM / standard parts or are there some uprated shinies tucked away in there?
