As only paul will know, he sent me a sent of Fubbbarrrred MK1 door hinges.

I have a few contacts and between us we are currently replacing the pins on the set paul sent, and should be ready to fit to mine in 2 weeks for a testing fit.

They will be cleverly fitted with Self'Lubbing pins too and will outlast the car all being well.

What sort of price would you guys on here be willing to pay for such a service knowing that toyota sell them at ?26+v EACH!!!!!!

well it tends to only ever affect the drivers door (constant use etc) very few ever suffer both doors, but id say £15 a hinge would be about right,id pay that if i couldnt fix them myself.

Nail on the head, We were thinking £50 a set of 4 on an exchange basis.

Got to see if the weeks of pin and metal hunting has paid off though and they are robust enough.
