Exhaust question (again) for the 3VZ-FE: will a 97-02 1MZFE manifold bolt right up?

Just seen this shiny looking set on Ebay (not checked shipping costs yet):

They're really into their "headers" in the states. Id hope to use the Y piece that comes with this and mod to fit the Mr2 SW20 N/A back end I have (possibly Mongoose). Being in the sticks where I am on the West coast of Ireland doesn't help (no custom exhaust places for at least a 4 hr drive from ere)

Is that do-able??

If memory serves I think some one bought a set for the 1 mz about 2 years ago and found they were terrible to fit and had to be very heavily modified to work, I'm not saying these were the same ones just be aware there cheap for a reason, as a custom header set over here with down pipe is closer to £600 to £1500 for headers down pipes and back box.

A manifold designed for the 1mz will not bolt onto a 3vz. I wouldn't even use those manifolds on a 1mz, i bought them years ago and they were crap.
