Let see how our Mk1's are shod!

I'm interested to see how Brutal Mr2 wheel sizes compare with mainstream.....also feel free to vote even if your car is standard, it's the TB mindset I'm measuring in a way!

(I'm betting there will be a big difference, and a few surprises!)

17 teens 215 front 225 on the rear i needed bigger wheels for the 2gr and they where tons better than the crap standard 14s with hengshing and other odd tires.

Will likely be going back to my 16's with 195s or 205s all around. Anyone recommend a half-decent tyre these days?

Both 15" and 16"s(although if 16s tramline, they're not staying on the on the front long!), depending how I feel, mostly...

Factory fit 14s at present.

For the swap I'll need whatever fits over the WMS kit at the front and whatever will give me a fighting chance out back lol

I'd like to keep it standard looking for the time being, for enhanced sleeper effect. I'm betting on needing 8in wide at the rear and anything between 225/45s and 245/35s (ideally I'd keep to 15in all round but it's likely to be 16s). Not idea what fitment - will be dictated by what Paul finds when squeezes the donk in (oo-er).

Toyo r888s are a good tire or f1s about the best you can get I'm running Yokohama pradas and there great in all weathers 225/45 on the rear and 215/45 on the front, it all depends on how much abuse your going to give them.

I may end up getting bigger wheels when Paul does my arches as I don't whant bigger spacers than the 10 mill I have know I may have to run a bigger dish on the rear just to get the power down, we shall see.

16x7's with 195/45/16 tyres. but only to accomodate ST205 brakes. now that im not running them im going to eventually go back to 15x7's to ditch the added weight and the tramlining effects of running 16's. and most importantly to drop the CofG another 0.5".
