when i bought the first camry , the guy i bought it off said his quote was ?1800 as it was three days work:roll: so i took the engine out and took the heads off that way:ha:

well when the engines in a camry id well imagine it being a 3 day job, looks horrendous! but to be honest id say it would be considerably easier in an mk1 bay which is odd given where the engine is! Theres just less crap in the mk1 bay and you can get your hands around the sides!

Cheers ferret and Paul, I was only considering it if it was a fairly easy job but once you said 3 days I decided against it as I rekon paul could more or less finish a complete swap in that time if all the parts were there ! Will keep it in mind though as good to know there is a manual floating round TB !

I have the Toyota 3VZFE engine manual and a Haynes for Camry if anyone needs to borrow when my swap is done.
