mk2 turbo calipers on mk1b?

I'm guessing that if this was possible someone would have noticed by now. However, I got a full set of rev 2 calipers and disks just to get the rears and would like to know if the fronts are any use at all. Is it an impossible swap or just that lots of other options are easier?

I believe the GTFour calipers bolt on far easier.

If you are selling the calipers though, give me dibs? :)

Nothing is impossible mate, i think you'd need adapters making for the calipers and the discs may have different depths to caliper centreline. You'd also need to redrill to 4 x 100 PCD. As you say it's easier to use a tried and tested better upgrade, using gt4 calipers of some description.

i personally think if youve got the bits try to make them work rather than going down the already 'proved route'..
adamh will machine any spacers/disks etc you might need..
