lads i have to say i am gutted i had a friend come up today to get my car into primer but his mate said its f""ked i have the rear aches repaired and my outer sills were done but we found a little rust were the door closes just above the sill he cut the sill and said the inner sill is f""ked and also he passenger a piller is gone also the inner wheel arche are should be weled to the outer which i didnt thik need to be done i was just going to fibre glass them e is a panel beater i am not hasanyone of your cars being this bad , my engine suspention brakes and font body work is done ,i could nearlycrie after all the work

Gutted for you, post up some pics and see what some others think before you lose heart altogether.

From what you have said thats one hell of alot of work already. Get a second opinion before you throw in the towel.

To make you feel a little better one of my cars is in bits with the rear arches cut off inner arches cut and being rebuilt, has no front wings on it at the moment and only 1 to go on that doesn't need work. front bumper bar that doesn't exist cos oif rust, various bits on the sills I need to do.

Oh and a V6 engine in bits.
And I have other cars in the shop to work on so mine is on hold for now.

lads i think i am back in action i got my uncle who is retired oldschool panel beater to have a look at my car he looked at inner sill behind the short side skirt and said to put a piece of angle iron on the bottom sill mated to the chassi and just dress it up , so the bloke who told me it was f**ked is a clown and my a piller plate it and fiberglass it job sorted so hopefully i will have it ready for primer 3 sundays from next

looking good. nice to see you have a proper engine in there. have you covered up all the open pipe ends to stop filler dust going in.

ye my uncle is getting a quote on the paint work i,m not getting the fella that said it was f""ked he wants to put celluose paint on it he just wants to rush it , and i have a mk3 supra to get sprayed aswell so he lost out o that aswell

Today i sandblasted suspension parts and painted those with primer.
