Has anyone done this, had a look at one and it seems do able. Or is it a bit chav?

I dont think its Chav at all; I'm sure posted about this recently ??

Yep did it on my 2nd mk1, the wiper arm on the drivers side broke and it was cheaper, can't remember how I did it now tho

all you need to do is lengthen the motor arm.... thats the one directly on the motor,and then reposition the passenger wiper arm so it gives a good sweep of both sides,oh yes,fit a longer blade too.

ive been thinking about this being chav today, i think the middle rest position could be a little bit chav but resting at the bottom should look more factory, this is what i'll do with this.
did anyone doing this measure between the 2 holes on the motor arm for the new position? it would save a lot of hassle.
ill see how the yaris motor and arm look in comparison tomorrow si.

Most single wiper arms conversions that I have seen use the left hand arm position (PS), as its dead centre anyway.

The whole point of a single wiper was that it sat in the middle and aided aerodynamics was it not?

If it's gonna sit down then just stick with 2 Mart.
