well she past her mot on fri with no probs :jump: , the emmisions wer nice and low, all the prep work before was all 4 shocks, lowerd springs and all 4 drop links, all i need to sort out now is try to remove the electric speedo drive so i can convert it to mechanical useing the adapter off the gt4 part number 83770-22120, whitch i now have,but the speedo drive just will not come out of the gearbox, can i still convert it as its still in the car ?

I think it was from a corolla along with the gearbox.

The 2.2 D4D engine from the Avensis is a lovely engine. Quite punchy too.

180bhp and nearly 280lb/ft iirc and 45mpg in the Avensis.
