I'm getting hints of BMW M coupe and Reliant GTE. The 80's stopgap betweenthe 2 perhaps, lol
Be an easy way to keep the cabin warm and if the manifold cracked you could get high off all the fumes. That is assuming you don't seal the engine bay off :)

thats harry holidays old car and its on is drive as well so he must be bored nwo he has changed jobs I best go see him this week see what he is at lol! Looks kinda cool! There is a rollsroyce estate in my home town with the number plate FALIC and belonged to the bloke from the who. Pete townsend I think although he has now passed away his estate is just down the road. Was always cool to see it as very unique indeed.

Give it Audi Quattro style arches and that's be awesome!

i think that is actually pretty damn cool, imagine if toyota had produced that,i reckon it would have gone down a storm.... totally impractical mind you, crap engine access and lots of other issues but theres something very cool about that as a concept.
I cant believe im saying this but i like that.
whats the point of having rear windows? Its not like you can sit back there unless you moved the engine... other than that it does look kindof retro coolish.
Stretch the chassis, paint it black - hey presto, an MR2 hearse lol
( though with the heat from the engine below, the stiff could get a bit smelly after a while )
ultimate dominos delivery van. :D

I like it too!
Stick it on the GT4 drivetrain with a humped bonnet and it opens it up as an estate almost :hidesbehi

There'd be plenty room back there for say a V8, boot then goes above it. :hmm:
Infact, av got it, rear glass is a hatch, so you can put things in there but also the whole top rear quarter is hinged just behind the normal roof, flips right up and gives acess to the engine.

olie is PEEDUBYA not giving u enough work to keep u busy fella?
Of course he is, weekends are quiet down there though, and if am not out partyin all the time like i was up here i'd be spending the weekends working on my own car anyways.
Think i need to get a cheap to run commuter and get a project Mk1 on the go.
I feel left out, actually having a working Mr2 at Woodsport. lol

have read the posts ollie the gt4 in the front maybes a little to high for the frunk, thats why i said subaru read me post.
if u wanted all toyota running gear then gt4, but i would rather buy a gt4 and keep that than piss around trying to fit it to a mr2.
Sorry chief, flat 4 boxer engine, gotcha.
Wouldn't bother with the 4WD myself, V6/V8 RWD would be perfect for me.
It'd be purely for the sake of doing it and it being different, like you say, if i wanted the GT4 setup i'd be better off buying one.
Actually, is the boxer a flat 4 engine or is it 2 sets of 2 in a square?
Flat 4 it is, would be silly if it had 2 cranks eh? lol

One of my ultimate TB type bikle conversions would be to drop that engine into my RGV250 chassis as that would be mental and has been doen with amazing success already. But.....Rg500 engine = rocking horse poo! or RG500 engine found = fecking lot of money!
