Instrument Clusters

Hi, i got me a Aus deliverd Instrument Cluster for my Jap import casue it has 280kmh gauge and a battery gauge.

What i want to know is dose the jap one have a mechanical taco and electrical speed? casue this one has electrical Taco and a mechanical speedo. Cause i have a feeling its not going to work like i imagined.

Sorry if this is in the wrong thred but i cant find a General Mk2 thred, am i blind?

most of the early SW's have a mechanical speedo drive...so thats no real drama:)

the tach is electronic in all of them:D...just need too pull the "pill off the back of the camry cluster...and fit too the MR2 cluster;)

lol, its ok its not a V6 swap.....YET! im just putting in a volt gauge and replacing the 180kmh with a 280kmh by changing the cluster i hope the the km per Rev ratio is correct, can any one tell me the ratio for the 180kmh jap spedo?
