What sort of money could I get for my 3S-GE engine - 120K with full toyota history to 100k then independent thereafter? Or is it worth hanging onto incase the swap goes pearshape :confused:

What year is the engine?
Rev1/2 you might get 200 quid for it

Rev3+ you might get £350-£450 ... any more than that, and you're into turbo engine territory.

How much do you reckon i'll get for my 3SGE block with a hole in it from where the piston left it and the head to go with it? :mrgreen:

I got £150 for my rev1 60k on it, buy it now option on ebay, I didn't want it hanging around. Be realistic with the price as foxystoat had his engine for ages.

Hmm - poor time of year to sell as well, but I guess if someone needs a direct swap for their NA or something you may get a good price - luck of the draw really...

Got £50 for my 3S-GE out my rev1 with no problems - got a message from the buyer earlier this week saying it now 'goes like fuck'. :lol:

Got 60 for my lovely rev2 with 90k on it. Took the loom off it mind... that'll be a pain for him, but lots of wire for me :)

ive had those quads in mine for 2 years and when i changed a bulb the other week the body of the unit was flaking and rusting slightly, so anyone who has them might like to check them after a while, im gonna get mine re powder coated, i mailed rouge to let them know, maybe a differant supplier now.. who knows...
