anyone after a set of cheap seats.

Type in Recaro on ebay and there are loads including a set out of an MR2. not sure how to copy and paste from ebay. sorry.

there are a pair of seats (not Recaro) for £80 buy it now too.

Got to confess, I hate recaro seats. Find them way to hard - More akin to sitting on a pile of bricks than in a comfy seat.

Even my sparco pro 2000, with its minimal amount of foam, ranks WAY above any recaro.

My Friend had a Mk2 with the factory recaros. Out they came, went onto ebay and sold for silly money. He replaced them with standard seats and gained the ability to walk, not hobble, from the car after a long journey! lol

im with jiff on this had some recaros in my mk1 escort bloody noghtmare getting in and out as i got older and fatter cant get in them any more have to be xxxl fat bastard size for me.

had recaro's in my escort rs turbo, found them one of the comfier seats ive sat in, the mk1's seats are comfy but there isnt exactly a lot of side support under hard cornering, ideally i'm looking at a set of black cobra monaco's for replacing the mk1 seats later along the line

had recaro's in my integra that i did 3000 miles in over a week incl. 1200 miles in a day.very comfy.
