A lot of you guys know me from other sites and some not so hello to those who I don't. :welcome:
I was debating whether to keep the 2 or not, but had a long chat with Nath the other day. After weeks of contemplating I am keeping her and the V6 engine should be going in hopefully by next month. He is stripping the engine as I type (he has a week off work) and appreciate it!! :thumbsup:
So...watch this space.

I picked up a Camry V6 last night and was very impressed with my first experience of the engine... silky smooth :thumbsup:

Ordering a race clutch from USA at the end of the month and engine mount this week so hopefully in by next month as said. :thumbsup:
Great stuff sifu keep us posted with your progress with plenty of pic's. we like pic's!!! Any ideas as to your colour for the engine?
I'll try to. Haven't got a camera and my phone is playing up......oh and my comp at home is broken. LOL Not a good start.
However, just had a phone call and the engine may be in much sooner than anitcipated :fingersx:
Colours.....black for inlet and red on the cover. Not sure.
Quick update for you all. Engine is in being reshimmed as we speak and the parts are being sprayed to. Got all necessary bits on order for this week plus the HG kit is coming from the USA for less than £60. I had been quoted about £150????
If all plans go smoothly it should be done by this weekend so I can sort out some pics.
What you going for exhaust wise on this one?
Was thinking of the XS one, the same as Jinja's.
What are other people using??

Quick update for you all. Me and Nath started the long assjob yesterday at 2pm yesterday and stopped working at 3.30 this morning. A hell of a lot of work is done and the engine is almost ready to be put into my car now.

wow awesome work! am in bristol every few days might have to catch up as wouldnt mind seeing this beast in the flesh especialy once the bodywork is done and all those bits on as should be awesome, looks and the grunt!

It started off as "I'll just keep it tidy and clean with nothing major". Think that lasted all of 30 seconds lol
Can't wait, but as soon as it's out of the bodyshop I'll put all the pics up and then you can give me a shout no probs. :thumbsup:
Update:
Got up early today (well 9.30 is early for me :D ) and the car has now been
dropped off at the bodyshop and it's being made to look da nuts (I hope).
Going to pay her a visit towards the end of the week to try and get some photos etc, but should be done within a couple of weeks and out in plenty of time for Japfest :thumbsup:
