1st one for me tom out of those two,it holds more power.... ive no experience with either though,i use the ACT 6 paddle ones from ultrarev if that helps
Looks like the first one it is then, seems cheap aswell $79 for delivery and $180 for the clutch,
It looks like it's well built from the pics should do the job anyway :)
Means i will not have to spend £500+ on tubby clutch and flywheel just before chrimbo.
Thanks for the quick reply mate
Just out of intrest how much does the ACT clutch cost? do you stock them paul.

the ACT kits are about $300 i think? cant remember offhand! and they come from the states,i dont stock them.....good clutches though
I used the same clutch as the first link and it's working so far. I heard reports of a soft pedal with the lower stages but the stage 4 has a pretty stiff one. I've stalled my car a few times because of it. I've done a few high rpm runs and it showed no signs of slipping but i can't comment on it's long term reliability as i've only driven my car a handful of times since the swap.
I'm happy with it so far and hope that it will last for a while.

matt what makes you think yours is going mate? its got a brand new turbo clutch in there, and that should be good for anything the v6 can throw at it for a long time yet....not unless you have been slipping it a lot?

ignore me!!!! thought it was the clutch, but the current state of the roads and the very little tread on my rears, it turns out i end up wheel spinning when i boot it!! new tyres required instead!
for future reference though, will this clutch do my next stage plans, fully forger engine with Garrett GT30 turbo??
Cheers
Matt

im going for the garrett GT3071g turbo recomended by Mr G, its rated to 475bhp. so anywhere near that i would be well happy!
RPS Max Puk. Rated to 525lb/ft and is very nice to drive.
GT3071wg will be a hell of a turbo Matt. Get that with the Hydra and the boost control, and you're serriously going move :)
