    Well a B T top will weigh a lot more because of the extra strength for the roof so about 1000kg, I wouldn't worry too much about weight saving as I need more of it to try and nail the power down it's just too dam powerful over 300bhp.

    of course that's an MKII but the MKI is supposed to be 290kg lighter. granted a 3s-gte is much heavier than a 4a-ge so there's more savings on the MKII than the MKI.
