Who does them there arches

On the front page, the grey mk1 with the dutch plates. Who does the rivet on style arches? Maybe theyre universal, or possibly some secret dark art known only to those who sand and fill? Would look beautiful with some Work Equip wheels.

too many people in the UK are catching on to these for my liking. ive just ordered myself a set last week, and by the time i get them on there half of the mk1's in the UK will have them fitted :(
