I found it to be helpful to have a 2 ton press. Took about 20 sec to remove them. Then i got a new job without one, and then it took me about 20 mins. I cut it up and hit it out with a hammer:) Whatever works:)

yellow? thats gold mate!!gold 24carat plated ;) with hammeritelol goes with the sherwood toning colour scheme -thats why i did it that colour!;)
