Second draft of mk1.5 brake upgrade table

    http://forums.twobrutal.com/downloads.php?do=file&id=21

(*edited link, thanks john for the origonal hosting)

    Changes:

Added production dates for the various models of caliper/disc used
Added BMW 330D E46 325 (front) disc upgrade
Added VW Corrado G60 280 (front or rear) disc upgrade

Still waiting my ST185 single pots to arrive, so that i can confirm for definite the hybrid setup of ST165/ST185 twinpots with the singlepot ST185 carrier bracket will fit with the later 277mm disc.

Also need to find the dimensions of the two mkIV Supra calipers (JDM twinpot and JDM/UK 4-pot).

on supra fronts malcolm? a mk1 (and GT4)is 131mm from centre to centre. If thats the case then supras will need a bracket to make them fit.

Do you have any clue if the rear brakes from a Celica fits on a Mk1? In the rear of course. The reason I'm asking is because there are several brake kit conversions for the GT4, even for the rear...

the problem with the rear calipers is that the MR2 ones have a mechanical linkage to push the calipers in for the handbrake, whereas on Celicas the handbrake is entirely separate, it's a drum brake inside the disk

The central bore of the Supra is 60,1 mm... I'm a tire-dude
At least the centre bore of the wheels are that size

Tar-Ox has brake-kit for the Toyota Yaris. Both for the rear and the front. Does anyone know if these will fit stright on? I guess in the rear you will need that special handbrake-kit that anyone found but if the calipers and discs fit it would be amazingly easy to mount since the wheel bolt pattern and centre bore is the same... easy to find replacements also as Paul Woods big brake conversion needs altering of the discs both front and rear.

Updated the brake table to clarify that the ST165/185 and 277mm disc hybrid system will not work.

Colour coded the upgrades that don't fit without major modification (Supra twinpot and fourpot and the ST165/185 hybrid).

Do we have any further mods to go on here?
