I said to myself....ahhh so thats why the US guys build new tubular exhaust manifolds! your solution is much simpler and better in my opinion.

Is it just me, as I'm a bit confused over the ignition on the front bank compared to the rear - the front looks like a one coil per cylinder effort, but the rear a traditional dizzy set-up....
Or am I just not seeing it right?
