anything from £400 I've heard, upto £1000 really.
We'll kind of know what mine is worth when it's mapped. MRV6 produces 272bhp @ 4psi. I've got a 4psi pulley on at the moment and I'm looking for around 300bhp. Then I'll go 6psi and maybe 320-340bhp. We just don't know yet lol

Well am paying around £300 for both heads porting polishing, re angle valves and skim head think thats cheap.
Will dyno when done so we know the result :)
-
man, that IS cheap.
you getting angle grind job??
be prepared to buy 24-32 new shims mate! You could well have some cam touching!
-
So SC'ing the bugger is probably the easiest way to get more GO, if you can get hold of a reasonably priced charger
-
reasonable pricing is different by person really. Are you wanting cheap based on what you can get from it - or cheap as in financial costs? :)
-
There sorting out all the shims aswell mate ! really know what there doing so all i have to do is pick up and bolt on :)
Well happy with it i will post pics up on friday when i get them back ;)
-
frig me that is good. you'd be looking at a bill for about 175 for the shims.
can't grumble :D
-
I no :hehe: the engine really should be in now though but i am a bid behind with christmas etc but i spose it's worth the wait :)
I am well happy with the price of the heads though, cheap bhp ;).

I'm after cheap £ BHP
That's the reason behind my swap, i was going to do the turbo conversion but it would have been cheaper to sell mine and buy a turbo.
Recouped some money by selling camry bits, so the camry cost me -£100.
at the minute i reckon i have spent £300-£400 so far. But that includes gasket set, timing kit, engine hoist, 4V6's bracket, spray etc
I am hoping to keep it under £500, cos i'll sell the hoist once finished.
