more blood and guts.. and nearly finished :D few parts to fit on yet, then theres ic piping and the rest of the post fabr'c stuff, spent the past couple re-fitting the turbo, new big ends put in, yes they were oiled!..dosent show. new clutch & g-box re-fitted.. quite some parts n pipes left still..where does it all go :shock: ..yards of it :lol:

my car is now in the 'workshop' just about preped everything... i start on tuesday have a week off to do it .. few simple questions.. well.. a tin of worms really..
what should i remove from the bay fuel filters, vacuum swithes.. bits..?
i have a rough order of events..
remove engine, + other parts(?)
remove mk1 d/shafts + outers from whats left etc.
fit new celica outer cv's + t/bo shafts
remove fuel tank/pump, fit new pump, re-fit tank.
stick engine in bay
line up mounts
tack
remove engine
snap off... drill 10mm higher
put back
seam, clean.
spray bay
waxoyl bay
fit engine
right then.. please critic anything you did which ive missed/would be an idea to do before i fit engine/during.. much appreciated

You'll need to remove the overflow bottle and radiator flexible hoses in the bay. You also have to cut off the two side engine mounts and the battery tray.remove engine, + other parts(?)
It took me quite some time to cut those off. Mostly because a good original AW11 in Australia is worth about $9000, unlike the bargains you guys in the UK and US seem to be able to pick up.
