Thread: Drive shaft hell!?

    I thought it would be good to share this info with you guys seeing as It worked perfect for me.

    I Used two 1988 Toyota Camry LE V6 Axles on my MK1.5. They Fit with no modification what so ever!

    The Inner CV is identical to the Turbo CV, and the Outter CV is the same spline and size as a S/C CV. And the axle length it self is identical to the Turbo Axles.

    So, In conclusion 1988 Camry V6 Axles (USDM) will work perfect, so there is no need to change CV's.

    excellent info bud :thumbsup: so i wonder if the USDM 88 camry is the same piece of crap 2.5 v6 camry we get here? always plenty of them breaking.
