As suggested we could benefit from a complete parts list for a newbie setting out on the road to 1.5dom. So heres my first draft,i might forget stuff,if you can think of anything ive left off add it below and i'll edit the list as time goes on.The below assumes you already have every part from the mk2T engine bay,engines on pallets will be missing most of what's needed.
Engine
Mk2T 3s-gte with E153 gearbox complete with all ancillaries and engine wiring harness/ecu,
Mechanical
4x engine mount plates from the downloads section
All Mk2T engine mount bolts
All four mk2T engine mounts
Both torque mounts from the aw11 (for chopping up)
4mm steel plate to make torque mount sides
1m of 20mm angle for rear panel supports
mk1 oil pressure sender
Drivetrain
Both mk2T driveshafts and mk2T supported output shaft
2x st185 or mk1SC outer cv joints from partsinabox (OJ-0220/30)
Mechanical speedo drive (rev1 turbo)
Mk2T clutch flexi line or mk1 clutch flexi with one of adams adaptor pieces.
Fuelling
Mk2T/mk1sc/supra/gt4 or walbro 255 fuel pump
Aftermarket induction kit
Exhaust
Various 90* bends and straight sections to fabricate system usually made with stock mk2T exhaust.
Electrical
The 3rd ECU plug, this is located on the body loom of the MK2 NOT the engine loom and is easy to miss if buying a clip
Mk1 or mk2 COR (circuit opening relay)
Celica alternator bracket
1037mm-1075mm 4 rib poly v belt
various lengths of wire to extend alt wiring
Shrink wrap tubing
Insulating tape
Boost gauge with pod
4m of battery cable
4x large ring terminal ends
1m of 20mm angle iron for battery tray
Mk1 battery clamp
4m of brake pipe for hardrouting boost gauge line with 10" rubber vac hose at each end
1x vac T piece to plumb in at pressure sensor
Plumbing
2m of 16mm ID heater hose
mk1 rad hoses chopped to fit
various sizes jubilee clips
Intercooling
Mk2T intercooler
Boot mounted requires at least 3x90* 50mm ID stainless bends and various straights with rubber couplers with at least 10x 50-75mm jubilee clips.
Ic outlets may also require welding to suit direction
Motorbike rad fan for IC or stock mk2T fan (bike one best)
SC mounted requires Mk2T bov flange welded onto IC outlet and 2x90* 50mm ID stainless bends.
