where do these 1mzfe plugs go?

so as im closing in on the end of this journey, i sent my wiring to be done by Paul, (took a long time to get back to canada, due to covid) and now im at a loss for what to do with several of these plugs? if anyone could chime in with where they belong, or if any of them are unnecessary? i just assume based on the fact that paul did it for me that they all have a home that im just not finding. one has rather large wires heading into it which give me some concern
