222d replica rear hatch aka Harpers Hatch
I don't know exactly where to post this so here goes -
There is a guy called Wim Harpers from Belgium who made a full set of molds to replicate the Toyota 222d group s rally car.
His health seems to have tacken a turn for the worst and he is now selling the mould to make a rear engine hatch cover that will fit in place of the engine lid on the MR2
He has a Facebook page with all the details.

I don't know whether this would be of ant interest to you guys on here.
I have no connection to Wim, just came accross this whilst searching for MR2 bits
-
I now own this mold so any enquiries should be directed to me, thanks.

That is great I was hoping you would have seen this blog. Perhaps the other moulds may become available also.
-
Possibly, I'd love to get my hands on the whole kit.

So wish I had of known this before I started painting...
Phase 2 ^^
Really loved the look of the 222d, and that hatch is the perfect thing to show of my K20 honda engine and make everyone mad :D
Also I could mount an A2A intercooler in the top....
BUT
Paul, correct me if I'm wrong, but doesn't the air come from the bottom up on an AW11?
-
It does, I'm planning on a louvred insert for this so air can flow both ways
