    To be honest, I'm not insanely familiar with the 1MZ, but the first thing you need to do, is find out what you're missing.
    Engines need three basic things, Air, Fuel & Spark.
    If you have the engine spinning on the key, and you shot fuel into the throttle body and it didn't fire, you need to find out why. Check for spark. If no spark, then find out why.

    With all vehicles, never assume anything. Just because "it didn't do this before and nothing changed", doesn't mean you can assume it's all the same on this start attempt. Start at the beginning and see what you're missing. Hope that helps and good luck!

    Found the problem!
    There is a nut loose behind the steering wheel.
    And an ECU plug not fully inserted.
    These nuts that lurk behind steering wheels are most often the source of all sorts of ills.
    Now where do these vac lines go?
