Bodyshop in Norfolk?

Not sure if this is the correct place for this post, but does anyone know of a good (knowledgeable of mk1s) body shop within an hour or so drive from Norwich?

I need my t-bar seals replacing (and from the way it's leaking, guessing I also need center mounting bolts replacing). While replacing the seals, I thought it would be a good time to get the roof painted black and I have a Woodsport engine lid coming. Just want recommendations of somewhere that knows mk1's (and Woodsport is way to far for me to drive!).

Not a lot of work, but want it done right.

Sorry - Norfolks not somewhere I know but...

Apart from the painting bit, what you want doing really could be done at home (unless you have any rust issues associated with the leaking of course. I recently replaced my T bar seals and have preciously repaired the centre piece fixings that are generally (although not always) the main cause of the issue.

Tbh its really not that hard and I'm pretty sure there are guides on other Mr2 sites that cover the seal replacements.
