My 88 Race Car Needs Knuckles

Hey guys, I've run into a problem. I am sad to see that oem aw11 hubs and bearings are no longer readily available new from oem suppliers.
I turned to sw20 turbo options, but was sad to see those hubs are not readily available either! I was especially sad to see this because a rear mounted front caliper, and abs wheel speed sensors are a huge plus.

Are there any knuckle options that have new oem parts readily available? Like I said, wheel speed sensors and rear mounted calipers are a huge plus for me!
