Ffs, I thought I was reading the thread for the first one for a minute.

I put a cupboard up yesterday. I feel like I've failed as a man by comparison.

Indeed. You don't have a secret troupe of polish labourers do you?

A "troupe of Polish labourers"? No but I could use a Toupee made by Polish people hahaha (bald joke, get it..)

It's much easier when you're completely familiar with all the parts. Which tools to use in which spots etc. It really is much easier the second time around, much like V6 swapping MR2's I suspect?

I saved all the Aircon equipment. This truck had a small, compact heat & air unit in the rear, for the 3rd row of seats. I figure if I can get the condenser in the front somewhere, I can utilize the modern system with only having to have a couple lines made up for it. Normal heat & A/C will add value.
I have also (under suggestion from our mate Sketchy) saved the floor pan from the Durango as well as the bit that holds the steering column and pedal box. If I can graft that under the International cab floor (and I think I can) this truck's interior will be really cool. It might even have power seats. This is going to be a much nicer truck at the end. I'm a little sore from climbing around the thing for two days, but it's a good kind of sore. :)
