Any MOT testers here?

I've two questions if there are:

Do I need a method of defogging the windscreen? (I've ripped out all my aircon and heating, and am planning on getting a little electric kitcar demister, but do I need to do this prior to MOT?)

Whats the law on rear tyres protruding beyond rear arches? I think mine protrude my about 10mm, is this a fail?

Demisting isn't a requirement. There is a limit on tyres sticking out you'd need to check it in the testers manual it will likely come down to testers discretion

demister no, rear tyres is the tread past the arch if so yes the tester could poss fail it . :)

That's good news on the demister then. Will check my tyres, pretty sure the tread isn't outside but I could be wrong

There's a group buy for heated windscreens on imoc that'd be the ideal sosolution for your demisting

Id say they'd be 50/50 at least it's an easy to sort issue

I'm assuming rolling the arches would fix it? Or is there another method?
