Figured out the diagnostics. Just Incase anyone searching this in the future needs to know, ECU plug E9, pin 5 should go to diagnostics port TE1. Diagnostics port E1 should be common to ground.

1mz is OBD2, skip the diag port and focus on that.
Bugger. Was just about to tape up the loom.
Do you normally wire in the oil level switch? This one isn't, any idea where to? No mention of it on pin outs.
Up to you, the diag plug will give you blinky codes, the obd2 will give you sexy stuff. You can always look at it later, will find you the pins you need.
