Here's a rare animal, we've just completed the first DBW Rx300 1mz-fe install into a Mk2, this hasn't been done before.
Still needs cosmetic touches and final bay tidying but runs.
One of the hardest wire ups i think i've ever done, not the usual V6 wire up at all.
So what makes it more special than a normal 1mz install?

Apart from being slightly lighter and DBW, not a lot Really, just showing something different that hasn't been done before.
Looks like it has different TB and plenum? Does it make any difference?

I'd expect better throttle response from the DBW, but not a lot else really.
One of our latest projects is a very nice condition mk1 which we are fitting a brand new 2gr into, that's right, new!
It's also having one of our eb60 6 speed conversion gearboxes fitted.

A pretty unique build this one, using the rare Gen4 3s-gte Caldina engine, being installed into a Mk3 Roadster....
Should be quite a missile.
Oooh very sexy. Thats a hell of a squeeze. I did see one of those Caldina estates for sale a while back a proper wolf in sheeps clothing. 260BHP out of the box. Looking good pal.
Perhaps the pinnacle of everything we are about at Woodsport, if one car encapsulated most of our products and the best of our engine and gearbox conversions it would be this car, i doubt we will ever build one as nice or to this spec again.
