92 3VZ-FE turbo ?

I'm getting a 92 lexus with the 3VZ-FE on Wednesday the whole car running for $800 US. It has a 5 speed manual kinda rare here in the States. I want to turbo it, before putting it into the MR2 and have been talking to a guy and said I had a few options and could easily get 300-400hp out of it. The engine has 256k miles so I want to rebuild it but can't find any decent pistons that would hold up with the HP. Anyone know of a rebuild kit that would have the pistons and rods I would need ? thanks

The 3vz is a hidden gem from Toyota and if you care to research for long enough you will discover that the internals are pre forged :)

There are eagle forged rods in the us, but it was ages ago that I've seen any.

There has been a few turbo v6 builds, the search button on here is your friend.

Thanks , found the supplier but checking on whether they have them for the 3VZ

Thanks for the info, I did find some articles. Just hope I can find some decent parts.
